INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 1/4 cup Flax Seed Meal
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Three Cheese Blend or other
  • 1 pkg Chorizo
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

 

PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking cups with coconut oil or use parchment baking cups.

Remove chorizo from casing and cook in skillet.

In a medium size bowl, mix all dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients using an electric mixer.

Combine wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Spoon mixture into muffin tray filling each almost to the top.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese or three cheese blend on top before baking, if desired.

Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
