INGREDIENTS:

Keto Quest Pancakes:

  • 2 Scoops Quest Multi-Purpose Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
  • 2 Tbsp Swerve
  • 1 tsp Maple Extract
  • ~1 Cup Water (to desired consistency)

Caramel Pecan Sauce:

  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 6 Tbsp Confectioners Swerve
  • 1 tsp Maple Extract
  • 1/8 cup pecans (optional)

 

PREPARATION:

Keto Quest Pancakes:

Melt coconut oil in microwave safe bowl.

Add eggs, Swerve, maple extract and mix well.

Add Quest Multi-Purpose Mix and then add water to desired consistency. 

Add butter or oil to skillet. Add batter to skillet to desired size. Flip as edges turn lighter than the middle.

Caramel Pecan Sauce:

Melt butter in saucepan until begins to brown. Let it brown a bit for a rich caramel-like flavor.

Reduce heat and add Heavy Whipping Cream and Swerve.

Once combined, remove from heat. Add pecans and stir. Serve warm.
