- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter, Melted
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Swerve, Granulated
- 1/8 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Tbsp Swerve, Granulated
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Beat melted butter, vanilla, Swerve, eggs.
Separate bowl: combine almond flour, salt, baking soda.
Slowly add flour mixture. Continue to beat until dough forms.
Roll dough into balls.
Combine cinnamon, sweetener for coating in a separate, small bowl.
Roll balls in the mixture until coated. Place on cookie sheet, flattening each.
Bake 11-15 minutes, until edges lightly brown.
