- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, or sugar free vanilla syrup
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 1 Tbsp Swerve
- 4 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
- Add heavy whipping cream, almond milk or half and half (as needed)
Combine cream cheese, butter eggs, Swerve, vanilla, maple extract, and cinnamon with electric mixer.
Mix baking powder and coconut flour, then add with other ingredients and blend to combine.
Add heavy whipping cream, almond milk or half and half (as needed) and blend again.
NOTE: Batter may thicken if left to sit more than a few minutes. If it does, add more liquid to thin it to desired texture.
Spray preheated waffle iron with coconut oil and add batter. Close iron and cook for approximately 2-4 minutes, or until golden brown; or use your personal waffle iron LED light (or other indicator) for guidance.
